Mentors are professionals who guide and advise ventures in their career paths to help them succeed. A mentor's role is to inspire, encourage, and support the ventures.

Ventures are students, staff, faculty, or affiliates of Northeastern who are seeking guidance and advice to further their venture and to be successful. Ventures can expect to strengthen and build their networks, and gain the skills and confidence necessary to excel within their venture.
